Today I am bringing you SPAball Kaddy from GBM Health Inc. which is an amazing little device that holds a golfball in place while you give yourself a massage with it. Sounds weird right? That’s what I thought, before I actually tried it! GBM Health, Inc. sent me this set for testing purposes and for a review on my blog, and I am telling you this is awesome! At first it was a little weird and kinda painful which it is supposed to, thats how you get the knots out. You go through a little more pain than you are already in, to get completely out of pain! I am telling you what, it works! My husband and I have been using this now for 2 weeks and my husband uses it every time he comes home from a long day at work, and he now says how come we didn’t have one of these before! I didn’t know about them, but i am here to make sure sure everybody knows about these cool massagers! So….let me tell you what they sent me to review!

Even my children are self massaging now with the SPAball Kaddy! They think it is pretty cool that a gold ball can be a massager, but you can tell by the look on their face while in the middle of the massage, that they are enjoying it, because they always have that blank stare while it is getting done lol! My husband likes to do it himself, he says I don’t push hard enough, lol that is why it is for self massaging! I have a feeling this is going to a life long habit that my entire household will be getting into! That little handheld device is going to be my next prized possession! The KaddyBack takes a little getting used to, throwing it over your shoulder, trying to place the ball in the exact spot of your pain, then pressing into the wall, sometimes it would roll on me, but i learned the correct pressure to use, then the FLAXsak makes a wonderful addition, because after a nice Golf Ball Massage, its nice to throw that into the microwave, and stick it in to the slot on the KaddyBACK and have a little heat on the sore area! The DVD just makes it all so much easier because it gives you tons of ideas and pressure points to place the golf ball on.

So all for around $50.00 you can have the perfect gift for that person you love that always has a sore back or sore neck. Thats pretty much the price of 1 massage and you can have this forever! What more could you ask for, plus you would get to use it too!! Thank you for reading my review and I hope you join me for my next one!
